HD Radios to soon be available at Circuit City -- plus a price drop November 6, 2006 13:19 |
The HD Radio Digital Alliance recently announced that HD Radios will soon be sold at Circuit City -- the first big, nationwide retailer to jump on the HD Radio bandwagon. In addition the Alliance has said that starting around Nov. 13, there will be price cuts that will bring down the cost of HD car radios around $150.
The Alliance has also said that stations are set to run about 75,000 ads a week in support of HD Radio. This was announced as part of the $200 million campaign which is currently running in support of this new form of free, terrestrial radio.
